Terms of Engagement and Interview Policy
La Voz de Atlanta engages with media, institutions, creators, and organizations for the purpose of advancing truth, human rights, and accurate geopolitical understanding. To protect the integrity of our mission and the safety of the Venezuelan community, all interviews, collaborations, and public appearances must follow the standards below.
Mission Alignment
We participate in engagements that are consistent with our core values:
• Defense of human rights
• Accurate, evidence-based analysis
• Advocacy for the Venezuelan people and diaspora
• Transparency and ethical communication
We reserve the right to decline invitations that conflict with these standards or undermine the seriousness of our work.Format Expectations
All interview requests must specify:
• Live or pre-recorded format
• Estimated duration
• Topic(s) of discussion
• Host(s) or panel composition
• Intended audience and platform
• Desired tone (informational, debate, geopolitical analysis, etc.)
We do not participate in hostile ambush-style interviews, misinformation-driven debates, or panels designed for sensationalism rather than substance.
Topic Boundaries
La Voz de Atlanta covers:
• Venezuelan crisis & human rights
• Latin American geopolitics (LatAm-GeoPol)
• Foreign influence (Cuba, Russia, China, Iran)
• U.S. policy impacting Venezuela or the region
• Migration & diaspora issues
We do not participate in:
• Domestic U.S. culture-war content
• Celebrity gossip or irrelevant political drama
• Topics disconnected from our core mission
Accuracy & Integrity
We require respectful, accurate representation of our commentary.
Statements may not be edited or reframed in a misleading context.
Clips or excerpts must preserve original meaning.
If an outlet publishes inaccurate or distorted representations, La Voz de Atlanta reserves the right to issue clarifications publicly.
Safety & Ethical Protections
We do not disclose:
• Identities of vulnerable Venezuelans
• Confidential information
• Sensitive geopolitical sources
• Off-the-record insights shared in confidence
Human safety takes precedence over content.
Recording & Use of Material
All parties must disclose if an interview will be recorded, published, or repurposed across multiple platforms.
Republishing must maintain context and comply with fair-use ethical standards.Scheduling & Preparation
For all confirmed interviews, we request:
• At least 48 hours notice for scheduling
• A brief outline of discussion topics
• Technical details (platform, connection, camera format)
Rush requests may be accepted depending on urgency and mission relevance.
Behavior & Civility
We expect hosts, panelists, and participants to demonstrate:
• Respect
• Professionalism
• No harassment or targeted attacks
• No bad-faith questioning designed to provoke rather than inform
We withdraw immediately from engagements that violate these principles.
Compensation
La Voz de Atlanta does not require compensation for human rights or diaspora advocacy appearances.
Professional or extended-format contributions may involve standard honorariums or speaker fees, negotiated as appropriate.Right of Refusal

• Endangers our mission
• Compromises ethical standards
• Conflicts with truth-driven advocacy
• Seeks to exploit Venezuelan suffering for political or entertainment gain
